All of these images are actual results of Dr. Clark's patients, and have not been simulated or altered in any way.

In 1987, Dr. Richard Clark was the first plastic surgeon to treat the forehead wrinkle and to document this new concept (R. Clark, "Botulinum Toxin: A treatment for facial asymmetry caused by facial nerve paralysis"; Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery; Aug. 1989; pp. 353-5).

Botox will paralyze the wrinkle-producing muscle for three to four months with no side effects. Other areas that respond well to botox are the crow's feet around the eyes and neck bands.
